• We use a neutral age gate at sign-in

5. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Puntoon Kids Games offers three auto-renewing subscription plans:

Key Terms

• All plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  

• Grace Period: 14 days (Google Play may allow continued access during this time if a payment fails)
  

• Account Hold: 30 days
  

• Resubscriptions are allowed after cancellation
  

• Users can upgrade/downgrade plans; changes take effect on the next billing cycle
  

• Pausing subscriptions is not currently supported
  

• Billing is managed securely via Google Play and RevenueCat
  

Refunds

• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy, not handled directly by us.
  

• You may request a refund via the Google Play Help Center.
  

• We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.
  

6. Data Security

We follow industry-standard practices to safeguard your data, including:

• Secure servers and cloud storage
